Is There parking at your studio?
There is free 2-hour parking along Leon Ave on both the east and west sides of Ethel St. You’ll also find plenty of free parking along Ethel St. across Harvey Ave.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
We have a small, cozy studio, so we do prefer that kiddos stay at home when possible. That said, we totally understand that childcare doesn’t always line up. If your little one needs to join you, that’s okay — we just ask that they’re able to stay settled in one spot (car seat or a stool beside you… nobody needs to accidentally lose a brow!) and stay calm so everyone can enjoy a relaxing visit. iPads with headphones are definitely encouraged if they’re of that age.
You’re always welcome to reach out ahead of time, too. We’re more than happy to help you find a quieter, non-peak appointment where having your kiddo with you is a little easier for everyone.
What can i expect at the studio?
Our studio is a small, boutique space with four artist stations and a very small waiting area. During peak hours, you might see 8–10 people in the studio, giving it more of a friendly “hair-salon” vibe — conversation is always welcome.
That said, we know some appointments are your moment to unwind. If you’re craving a little quiet, we’ve got you. Each station has noise-cancelling headphones you can grab off the chair anytime. Just connect via Bluetooth, switch on the NC setting, and enjoy a few peaceful minutes to yourself.
What is your policy on late cancellations?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
If you do not contact us and do not show up for your appointment, a 100% no-show fee will be applied.
Can I bring my dog to my appointment?
As much as we love dogs, our studio is not a dog-friendly space for client pets.
We totally understand wanting to have your pup with you, but to keep things clean, consistent and respectful for all clients, we must maintain a no client pets policy.
